- Built a Power Apps case-management system that replaced email-and-spreadsheet workflows, auto-logging tickets from email and web forms, tracking team contributions, and driving monthly billing from a live API integration with the tracking platform.
- Built Python reporting pipelines that pull client fleet data, generate scheduled PDF reports, and deliver them automatically, removing a recurring manual reporting cycle.
- Ran the IoT device lifecycle end to end: remote OTA firmware rollouts, remote diagnostics, and coordination of field installations and repairs.
- Onboarded and trained customers, and handled day-to-day technical support across a varied client base.
